Delete your account & data

Use this form to request permanent deletion of your BackLocal account and the personal data associated with it. This is the no-login path — if you can sign in, the fastest way is in the app under Settings → Delete account (or on the web).

What gets deleted

Your personal information — name, email, phone, address — is removed or anonymized, your messages are deleted, and any subscription is canceled. Some records may be retained in de-identified form or where the law requires (for example, tax/transaction records), as described in our Privacy Policy. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
